I have added new features to the support ticket system which will make it easier to request maintenance, web changes or help with email passwords.
New ways to request support

This will automatically open a ticket, send you a confirmation (within a few minutes) and begin the process of tracking the ticket on my end. Most ticket requests are fulfilled within 12 hours. You can also send attachments to the email address and the ticket system will automatically log the attachments for me to download and use. This is helpful for the weekly bulletin changes.
- You can also visit http://support.rosalesweb.com to create a ticket and once the ticket is opened you can add attachments to the ticket. This is helpful if they are large attachments that will be rejected by emails.

All tickets will be completed in the order they are received unless a ticket is marked as urgent. Thank you for using my support ticket system, it really helps provide excellent customer service to my growing client list.
